UrbanVie flips the script on traditional real estate software. With over five decades of cumulative experience in all aspects real estate, our team knows property owners' and managers' pain points. We designed UrbanVie to solve them simply and efficiently. For the things that software isn't very good at, we offer our human network. This approach creates a unique, holistic, property management solution.
The Team
Joshua Nunberg, Esq.
Founder & CEO
Joshua is a native New Yorker and seasoned real estate professional.
He purchased his first building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in the late 1990’s and then launched his real estate investment and management company. Since then, Joshua has owned, managed, rented, sold, and developed a wide variety of property in and around NYC and Western Mass.
An avid user of real estate software, Joshua became frustrated with the real estate software industry’s attempt to substitute everything human with apps. After all, real estate is still about human relationships and local expertise. He launched UrbanVie to offer real estate owners holistic real-life solutions to the business of real estate.
Ana Haynes
Co-Founder and Head of Contractor and Landlord Relations
Ana is a savvy and resourceful real estate professional. She has over a decade of property management experience managing a wide range of property, from single-family homes to apartment buildings. She is also an experienced real estate agent and investor. This broad and deep experience helped shape UrbanVie as a solution to the most pressing challenges of everyday property managers large and small.
Ana has a business degree from FP Institute in Carballo, Spain. She is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Greg Pendl
Head of Sales & Operations
Greg is responsible for developing new business and managing day-to-day operations for UrbanVie.
Greg hails from a real estate and technology background. Prior to becoming a broker, he worked in Madrid, Spain heading up a satellite office serving the Iberian Peninsula for a Parisian-based digital marketing software provider.
Greg began a career in New York City real estate in 2010. Working as an agent, researcher, and now in technology, Greg is incredibly knowledgeable in all facets of the industry while also making a point of following the market and news daily.
Greg was born and bred in New York City and currently resides on the Upper West Side with his 7-year-old son in a rent-stabilized apartment he insists is his most valuable possession.
